Licence terms

• A licence is for one person, who may use the tool on up to three of their own computers. A company buys one licence for each person who uses it.
• The licence key is yours alone: do not share, sell or publish it.
• Use the tools for any work, commercial work included. What you make with them is yours.
• Do not pass the tools on to others, or change them and pass them on.
• Updates to every 1.x version are included. A later major version may be sold separately.
• Free tools come under the same terms, at no cost.
• Do not get around, change or switch off the licence check.
• The licence ends if these terms are broken.
• The tools are provided as they are, without warranty. As far as the law allows, YH-M is not liable for any loss that comes from using them.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Purchases are also subject to Gumroad's terms.

Sales

Purchases are made through Gumroad, Inc., which sells the licences as the seller of record and handles payment, tax and receipts. The tools are made by Yoshihisa Misu, Japan. Contact: Support.

Refunds

Every paid tool runs with all its features for 14 days before you buy, so sales are final and are not refunded. This does not limit your statutory rights.

Privacy

This site sets no cookies of its own, and uses no analytics and no scripts.

What the tools send over the internet:

• The licence check. When you enter a key from the shop, the tool sends that key and the product's ID to Gumroad (api.gumroad.com) once, to confirm the purchase. Nothing is sent after that.
• Online translation, if you turn it on. MediaQuiver can ask an online model for words their dictionaries do not have. It is off until you turn it on and enter your own key. When it is on, the words to translate are sent to the service you chose (OpenAI, Google Gemini, or an address you enter), under that service's terms.

Nothing else is sent: no usage statistics, no crash reports, no update checks. ReaPack handles updates.

Third-party notices

Each tool includes a THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt listing the work of others it uses.

This site's typeface is a subset of IBM Plex, renamed as the SIL Open Font License requires (licence).
