Reporting a problem
If a tool stops with an error window, press in that window and paste the text into your message. It already includes the tool's version, REAPER's version, the extensions and your system, which saves a round of questions.

How do I install or update a tool?
With ReaPack, inside REAPER: see Install. brings every installed tool up to date.
How does the trial work?
A paid tool runs with every feature for 14 days, with no key and no card. From three days before the end it reminds you once a session. When the trial ends, its window shows only its License page until a key is entered.
Where is my licence key?
In the receipt e-mail from Gumroad, and in your Gumroad library. Paste it into the tool's and press .
Why does a free tool ask for a key?
The free tools use the same licence as the paid ones, at no cost. Get a key from the tool's page in the shop (price $0) and enter it the same way.
How many computers can I use it on?
One person, on up to three of their own computers. A key can be activated five times, which covers three computers and some reinstalling. If the License page says the key has been activated the most times one key allows, write to us and we will reset the count.
Does it need the internet?
Only once: a key from the shop is checked online when you enter it. After that the tool works offline.
Which systems does it run on?
Windows and macOS, with REAPER 7.0 or later and ReaImGui 0.10 or later (ReaPack installs ReaImGui). Each tool's page lists anything else it needs.
Can I get a refund?
Sales are final: every paid tool can be tried with all its features for 14 days before you buy. This does not limit your statutory rights. See Legal.
